This Charter Membership Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of purchase ("Effective Date") by and between Saguaro Gun Club, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Company"), and the individual or entity purchasing a membership ("Member").

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Requirements

• Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

• Accepted payment methods include certified check, wire transfer, or any method approved by Saguaro Gun Club.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 No Refunds or Chargebacks

• Once purchased, membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to terminations, suspensions, or voluntary cancellations.

• Any attempted chargeback or dispute will result in immediate termination of membership benefits without refund.

3. Membership Terms and Conditions

3.1 Membership Duration

• Charter Memberships are valid for 10 years from the Effective Date.

• Membership benefits cannot be extended beyond this period.

3.2 Compliance with Laws and Club Policies

• Member agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal firearm laws.

• Member must follow all Saguaro Gun Club range rules, safety regulations, and policies.

• Violation of any gun safety or Club rules may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

3.3 Membership Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate a membership without refund for:

• Any violation of Club safety policies or range rules.

• Any attempt to transfer, resell, or misrepresent membership privileges.

• Any behavior deemed dangerous, inappropriate, or illegal.

• Any criminal conviction that prohibits firearm possession or use.

4. Liability Waiver and Indemnification

4.1 Assumption of Risk

• Member acknowledges that firearm use carries inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or liabilities incurred.

4.2 Waiver of Liability

• Member waives, releases, and holds harmless Saguaro Gun Club, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use of its facilities and services.

4.3 Indemnification

• Member agrees to indemnify and defend Saguaro Gun Club against any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from their actions at the range or use of membership benefits.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona.

5.2 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.

• Member waives the right to a trial by jury or participation in a class action lawsuit against the Company.

6. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing a Charter Membership, Member acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement. Member further confirms they understand and accept the non-refundable nature of this membership and all rules associated with the use of Saguaro Gun Club’s facilities.
