Welcome to the Saguaro Gun Club’s online donation platform. By making a donation to help us establish and open our premier shooting range, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any donation.

ELIGIBILITY

By donating to Saguaro Gun Club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Donations are voluntary and made on your own initiative. There is no obligation to donate, and you will not receive any goods or services in return.

DONATIONS

Currency: All donations are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Methods: Donations can be made using a credit card, debit card, or any other payment method available on our donation platform.
Recurring Donations: If you opt for a recurring donation, you authorize Saguaro Gun Club to automatically charge your selected payment method on the specified interval (e.g., monthly, annually). You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at support@saguarogunclub.com.
Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date at support@saguarogunclub.com, and we will review your request.

USE OF DONATIONS

All donations will be used exclusively for the development, construction, and operational needs of Saguaro Gun Club. This includes, but is not limited to, building the indoor range, purchasing equipment, obtaining permits, and other related expenses.
Saguaro Gun Club reserves the right to allocate funds in the manner that best supports our mission and goals.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & TAX DEDUCTION

Upon receiving your donation, we will send an acknowledgment email to the address you provide. This email will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
Saguaro Gun Club is currently in the process of applying for non-profit status. Depending on the outcome, your donation may or may not be tax-deductible. We will notify all donors of our tax-exempt status as soon as it is confirmed. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance on the tax deductibility of your donation.

PRIVACY POLICY
