SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations: We currently ship products within the United States. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100).
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions: Due to legal restrictions, certain products (e.g., firearms, ammunition, and certain tactical gear) may only be shipped to specific locations or require special shipping arrangements. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, such as firearms, ammunition, and custom products, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@saguarogunclub.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate the item you would like in exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

DAMANGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@saguarogunclub.com. Provide us with your order number and details of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@saguarogunclub.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
