1. Non-Refundable: All Charter Membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Membership Activation: Your membership begins upon payment confirmation and is valid for the stated duration.

3. Transfer Policy: Memberships are transferable for a $50 processing fee, subject to approval.

4. Discount Validity: Discounts, such as the 25% Founders Discount, are valid only during the promotional period.

5. Membership Perks: Benefits and perks are subject to the terms of the selected membership tier and cannot be shared unless specified.

6. Compliance: All members must adhere to Saguaro Gun Club’s policies and safety guidelines. Misconduct may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

7. Changes to Membership: Saguaro Gun Club reserves the right to update membership benefits or policies with prior notice.
